Every plan is drafted by George personally. The person you speak to on the first call is the person who writes your documents and sits with you at signing.
That is not a marketing position so much as a consequence of how the practice is built. A plan works when the person drafting it understood the conversation, and that is easier to guarantee when they are the same person.
